Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- FREE Standard Shipping: Throughout the United States
- Average delivery time: 5-7 business days
- Holidays and Sundays are not counted in delivery timeframe
- Please note that delivery may take longer depending on circumstances
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We currently do not offer international shipping. We exclusively serve the United States market.

- Take photos of the damaged package and products

- Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved

- If you cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
